It’s been an exciting couple of weeks for Newcastle/Malubimba death/hardcore band Volatile Ways. Announcing not only that they have joined Bereave In God Records to release their debut LP, but they have given us the first taste with their new track ‘The Invocation of Doom’.
Volatile Ways have been carving their own path in the Australian heavy hardcore scene. Supporting The Acacia Strain earlier this year- they have been at the forefront of not just a thriving Newcastle/Malubimba music scene, but Australia’s hardcore scene in general.
‘The Invocation of Doom’ is one of their heaviest releases yet. Produced, mixed and mastered by Elliott Gallart from The Chameleon Studios, this pure, unadulterated single hits all the rights. Paying homage to the anime Beserk– it’s only fitting that it is one brutal offering.

You can catch Volatile Ways playing with fellow heavyweights Justice For The Damned at their Sydney/Warrane and Melbourne/Naarm homecoming shows next month. Tickets selling fast, so click the city names for tickets.
If you can’t make the shows, then no stress, you can stream ‘The Invocation of Doom’ here.
