It’s been a little while since we broke these down, but with the amount of bangers that dropped this week, we knew we could not let another week go by.

Without further ado, here is five fresh tracks from the Asia Pacific Region that should be added to your playlists this week.

5. Confession- Cardinal Hell

YES. You read that right. CONFESSION. The Godfather of Australian core music is BACK. Love or not, you cannot deny the impact Michael Crafter has had on the Australian metalcore and hardcore scenes, so it is a real treat to get some new Confession. Just some straight up great two-stepping riffs, solid breakdowns and the string element just elevates the track either further.

4. Void of Vision- Neurotic

Sticking with Australia, we will have a full review of this album up in the next few days, but we cannot go without mentioning the new single from Void of Vision. As they are touring the country with Parkway Drive, they just keep getting bigger and better. ‘Neurotic’ is a sultry tune that taps back into a grungy. kind of vibe. One of our favourite tracks of the new album, it definitely deserved a single release.

3. Clarity feat. Yosh Morita- Space x Time

Yes, we may have already talked about this great track, but it has been stuck in our head for DAYS. A little softer than what we normally promote across here, but post-hardcore still is core, so let’s allow it yeah? Read more about the song and how it came to be here.

2. Dissimiliar- Chase The Line

Here is a band you may not have come across yet. Dissimiliar, a metallic hardcore band from the Philippines embraces some real old school sounding breakdowns and riffs. Vocals full of range and anguish, for those old emo kids who definitely liked the more ‘screamo’ sound, this band will hit all the right notes.

1.KNOSIS feat. Yukina (Hanabie.)- Fuhai

There is not much else to say but holy. crap. When we talk about bangers, this one is definitely it. An absolute beacon of chaos and example of music mastery, the new single from KNOSIS is going to be on repeat for AWHILE. Featuring none other than the Goddess herself, Yukina from Hanabie. if you haven’t listened to it or watched the video….GO GO GO NOW!! (Also, huge props to Yosh Morita– two absolute bangers this week, of differing sounds. Give that man his flowers!)
