Waking up to new music from MÉLANCOLIA is always a treat, but when it also features Christopher Mackertich from Dregg you just KNOW it’s going to be a banger.

The new single ‘SPIT!’ is a bit of sound shift but still embodies that heavy eeriness that we love from the Melbourne outfit. Leaning more into a more nu-metal influences, it’s the first track in their catalogue to have a little clean singing and the first to include a guest feature!

A little teaser from their upcoming album random.access.misery, it’s got us excited of what more is to come.

Along with the new single, the band have also announced they will be celebrating the launch of random.access.misery with an Australian tour in September. Joining them is a wealth of talent from across the country, is Brisbane’s Apate, Adelaide’s Outsider and Canberra’s st.sinner.

The tour will start on the 11th of September in Brisbane, kicking off the East Coast dates and then finish up in Adelaide on the 14th of September.
