It’s been a hell of a week for new music!
Some bangers from the across the region have made their way onto our playlists, and while we covered some already, here are some you might of missed.
Seek Misery- ‘Ground War’ feat. Hate Complex
One of our favourite South Australian deathcore acts is continously dropping heat, and this new one is no different. With a feature from Jesse Burr of Hate Complex, this sludgy brutally heavy masterpiece will have you doing all the stank faces.
CHAPEL HILL- ‘Anguish‘
Staying in Adelaide but heading over to the hardcore scene, young guns Chapel Hill are getting us spin kicking. Their latest release ‘Anguish’ scratches that metallic hardcore itch by going from heavy breakdowns to real two-stepping grooves. Can’t wait to hear more from this band going forward.
happyco.- ‘V/S/On (2025 Remastered)’
If you are looking for more sunny fun hardcore, then might we suggest happyco. from Vietnam. We have covered them in the past, but the band have just dropped their new EP ‘Displacement Over Time’. ‘V/S/On’ is a remastered version of one of their previous releases. The band has gone through a bit of an evolution but they are back stronger than ever.
Sephtis- ‘Execrate’ feat. Irish from STAB
Alright it is off to The Philippines now with some more heavy hardcore from Cebu. Sephtis are a staple of the local scene out there, and their new track ‘Execrate’ is a back to basics, straight up raw drop. Fast, furious and ripping, we will make sure we bring you more from them in the future because the breakdowns….wow.
Dream Of Kill- ‘Death Will Come’
This is another band that has dropped a new EP, so we are cherry picking the title track to be the representative. Indonesia’s Dream Of Kill live and breathe that classic hardcore sound. It’s full of fury and groove, will still maintaining that DIY-feel. Check out not just the title-track, but the whole EP too.
That wraps up our new noise for the week.
Remember if you want to get your music featured, hit us up! We want to share your music and get you as much press as possible.
(Just remember it has to be from the Asia Pacific Region and has to have breakdowns.)
