The last few weeks have been ridiculous.

New music is dropping all over the place and here are some of the favourites we have been yet to cover.

The Gloom In The Corner- ‘Assassination Run
We are rejoicing as one of favourite Aussie bands The Gloom In The Corner have finally dropped a track they’ve been playing live for awhile now. Disgustingly heavy, iconic mosh calls and levels of epic that we don’t often hear in modern metalcore, this single cements this band as being one of the most exciting acts kicking around the country. Also the video? Wow. Just watch.

Fordecision- ‘Undying To Remain’
One of the rising stars of the Thai hardcore scene, Fordecision are back with another drop. ‘Undying To Remain’ is an instant hardcore classic, with a beefy bass line and in your face vocals. It’s tough, lyrically strong and just a great track to have on your hardcore playlist.

SPEED- ‘AIN’T MY GAME’
Speaking of great hardcore from the region, SPEED have given us another teaser of their upcoming EP All My Angels. Somebody commented on the video that the band “only release bangers” and ain’t that the truth! Simple grooves made for the pit, with change ups that can often come out of nowhere, it’s SPEED at their best.

coldrain. – ‘FREE FALL’
It’s always nice when Japanese powerhouses coldrain. tap into their heavier side. Frontman Masato is so good at being able to switch from gritty to pretty, and that is also reflected in the instrumentation. Let’s be honest, this band just know how to write a good song.

RVVL- ‘CODE’
RVVL, also known as Revival, have dropped their new politically charged metalcore banger. Riff heavy with a cybernetic soundscape, this track is a powerful drop, especially with current climate around the world and particularly in the band’s home of Indonesia.

AGAINST THE GRAVITY- ‘LAST WORDS’
Based in Bangkok, but originally from Myanmar, AGAINST THE GRAVITY may be one of the most underrated bands we cover here on NOISE ‘N’ VISUALS. Their modern, djent infused metalcore is nothing short of mastery and ‘LAST WORDS’ is proof of this. Sonically diverse, dripping with a haunting melancholy and framed with aggression, AGAINST THE GRAVITY sure are a band that deserve more attention.

We think we deliver a great list of new music for you to getting your grubby little hands on every week but if we are missing yours…then let us know.
