For those who like to go hard in the pit, Aussie act Deficit have got you with their new single ‘DEATHSTYLE’, the title track off their upcoming EP.

Deficit are set on solidifying their identity by introducing you to “DEATHSTYLE“: a genre they’ve coined to capture the essence of their sound and ethos. 

“DEATHSTYLE is not only the title of the track, it’s the very embodiment of Deficit’s sound,” says the band.

“Death” refers to our roots in Metal, Hardcore, Death Metal, and Deathcore, while “Style” captures the groove, catchiness, and swagger that define our identity. It’s the definition of Deficit‘s own unique genre.”

Quickly becoming one of the most formidable acts in the Australian heavy music scene, the band are making waves. With four EPs and millions of streams to show for it, the quintet – Nathan Newman, Macleane Ryan, Michael Campbell, Blake Fry and Zak Borg – continue to prove they’re ones to watch.
